​Please Note: The $975 package price applies to a trademark that is currently in-use in the United States.  If your mark is not currently in-use, please call for a quote. 

​The $250 USPTO Filing Fee applies to an application in which all claimed goods and services are selected from the USPTO Trademark Identification Manual.  If a custom description of goods and services is required, the USPTO Filing Fee will be $275 per class. 
Five Easy Steps
  1. Fill out our Registration Form and Engagement Agreement
  2. ​Submit your electronic payment through the secure LawPay link we provide upon receipt of your Registration Form
  3. ​Our trademark attorneys will conduct a thorough search and email you a detailed report of our findings
  4. ​A trademark attorney will provide you with a phone consultation regarding the results of the trademark search and answer any questions you may have
  5. If you approve filing of an application, we will provide a secure LawPay link for your submission of the USPTO filing fees.  Upon receipt of the fees, a trademark attorney will draft your application and file it with the USPTO
