Trademark Monitoring

Once the USPTO registers your trademark, it is essential that you monitor potential infringement.  Failure to adequately enforce your trademark can lead to a diminishment of your rights and a weakening of your brand.

We offer a flat-fee monitoring service to help protect your mark.  Under this service, we will monitor USPTO filings to ensure no one else attempts to register the same or a similar mark.  We will also search common law usage of your mark to identify potential infringement.  Further, we will monitor your use of your own mark to ensure you are in compliance with trademark law.

We will deliver a quarterly report to you, detailing any potential infringement and any action required to protect your mark.  The report will also include notification of upcoming renewal filing due dates.
